The PAL-V One is the first PAL-V production design roadable aircraft. It is a combination trike-motorcycle and gyrocopter. The tail telescopes back from the cockpit, and the rotor folds away like an aircraft carrier's helicopter blades. The vehicle has three motorcycle wheels, and car-like doors with car side mirrors. Being a motorcycle like design, while on the road, the vehicle tilts into turns. The landing gear / road wheels are non-retractable. The wheel configuration has one lead steerable wheel and two rear drive wheels. The pusher prop is located at the rear of the cabin fuselage.
The testing prototype is PH-PAL.
