The Boeing F-15SE Silent Eagle is a stealth variant of the F-15E; its stealth is only at the grade of the F-35 Lightning II. If higher it would be banned for exports, therfore its performance is much better than the F-35's.
Because of the use of conformal fuel tanks the F-15SE is able to carry some of its weapons internally but this reduces its range, although the range is already greater than the F-35's and it is faster.
The F-15SE is on par with superplanes like the F-22 Raptor or the PAK-FA; not superior, but comparable in terms of speed, range, and payload. However, its avionics/radar is not as powerful as the F-22's.
